Apps and websites, built around how your business works.

Mettux is James Watt and Marine Metz: a software engineer and an equine vet. We turn work that runs on spreadsheets, paper and group chats into apps and websites that small businesses actually use.

Our products

Two products we build and run ourselves

With Huckson · Live, iOS in beta

TeamMate

A coach-led training app for triathletes, runners and cyclists. Coaches write the plans; athletes move, swap and log sessions, then see each one broken down afterwards.

  • Plans from a human coach, tailored to each athlete
  • Fixed safety rules on what an athlete is shown
  • Data from Garmin, Oura, WHOOP and Apple Health
TeamMate's Today screen on a phone, with a readiness score, the latest ride and the next race.

Our own product · In development

StableSync

Yard management for livery yards. Horses, bookings, staff rotas, care records and invoices in one app, in place of the spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

  • Bookings that can't clash, and rotas for staff
  • Invoices each client can check
  • English, French and Spanish
stablesync.app
StableSync dashboard for a demo yard, showing horses, today's bookings, pending requests and overdue invoices.

What we do

Apps that work offline

For phones and tablets used on site, in the field and on the road. Your records stay usable when the signal goes.

Websites and shops

Fast, readable sites for small businesses, including moves off platforms that cost more than they should.

Systems for a whole business

Bookings, rotas, billing and client portals, with accounts and roles for everyone who uses them.

The team

Who we are

James Watt

Product and engineering

James designs and builds the software, and keeps it running once it is in use.

Marine Metz

Equine vet and co-founder

Marine is a practising equine vet. She brings the view of the people who will use what we build, and checks it fits a real working day.
