Who we are

Mettux Ltd (company number 17497743, registered in England and Wales) is run by James Watt and Marine Metz in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. For anything about personal data, write to privacy@mettux.com.

When you visit this site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We see only overall visit counts, never individual visitors. We do not combine this with anything else or pass it on.

Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact any other company.

When you use the contact form

The form sends us your name, email address, business name (if you give one), what you need and your message. It is not stored on the website: it is passed straight to our mailbox as an email, using Resend, an email delivery service, and kept there like any other email. We use it only to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation.

When you email us

We keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of our conversation. Our mailboxes are hosted by Migadu, a Swiss email provider. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Links to other sites

Our work pages link to sites we built for clients. Those sites are run by their owners and have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Write to privacy@mettux.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
